Recruitment is a process and it find and hire most suitable person for a job withing required time period and cost effectively. Recruitment can be done withing the company or outside the company. Recruitment process includes analyzing of requirement for a job or find out a vacancy, strategy development, searching or attracting employees to that job or vacancy, screening applicants, evaluation and control. Selection differ from recruitment and selection process choose the people who suitable to fill the vacancy of the organization,

        Performance management aims to develop the skills and competencies employees need to improve performance and success in their job. In turn, these skills help the organization meet its goals. Performance management in Human Resource Management (HRM) is a comprehensive system that guides employees toward success. It involves measuring performance, providing feedback, and offering training and development opportunities. By implementing performance management, organizations prepare both employees and managers for annual performance reviews. This process demonstrates that managers value their employees, their goals, and their challenges.
